Miso Maple Pork Noodle Bowl

Next time you order check out the Miso Maple Pork Sauce, a perennial favourite! The sauce offers many uses- but this noodle bowl is a true winner. You can add/use any seasonal veggies.


What You Need:


  • 2Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 jar Beerenberg Miso Maple Pork Sauce

  • 1 red onion diced

  • 500g pork mince or stir fry slices

  • 100mL beef stock (or water)

  • 500g udon or other favourite asian style noodle

  • thinly sliced seasonal veggies of choice- i.e. carrot, corn, broccolini, greenbeans, sugar snap peas, cucumber, spring onion, crushed peanuts....


What To Do:


  1. Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion and pork. cook until meat is browned and onion is soft.

  2. Add Miso Maple Sauce, using the stock to rinse out the jar (replace lid and shake vigouously). Stir to combine.

  3. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Prepare noodles as per their packet instructions.

  5. Assemble bowl, placing noodles first, topped with meat mixture and any fresh veggies you love! Serve immediately and enjoy!
