Continuing on with our summer school-holiday treats, here is another one to add to your repertoire. It’s fun and super easy to whip up with the kids.
You’ll be teaching the kiddos about healthy seasonal eating while taking advantage of some of the tastiest produce around! Oh and the best thing? You only need 4 ingredients.
What you need:
4 ripe peaches
1 cup vanilla full cream yogurt
½ cup oat or almond milk
¼ cup honey
Method:
Peel and roughly chop the peaches.
Blend the peaches with all the other ingredients until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze overnight (I would recommend a minimum of 4-6 hours if you want to enjoy them earlier).
Serve!
