With the weather warming up, this is the perfect poolside beverage, brunch drink or post workout smoothie.
It’s cool, smooth and jam-packed with summery notes. Since travel is limited this year, we have no doubt that this smoothie will transport you to poolside in Bali.
Makes 2 smoothies or 1 generous smoothie.
What you need:
200 ml coconut milk
1/3 cup coconut yogurt
1 banana (frozen is better, but not necessary)
Flesh of 3 mangos (frozen is better, but not necessary)
2 passionfruit
Method:
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender under smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and
Scrape the passionfruit seeds on top once poured.
