Need breakfast? Need some coffee? Why not have both! Watch out! ? This extremely delicious smoothie packs a punch sure to wake you up!!
Medjool dates, real cocoa, coffee, and banana...wowza!
What you need:
½ cup brewed coffee, chilled
1 cup milk (any milk works for this – we used oat milk)
2 tbs Dutch cocoa powder
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 medjool dates
Pinch of salt
1 cup ice
Honey to sweeten if needed
Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Sweeten as desired and add in a scoop of protein powder to enjoy this smoothie as breakfast!
